About Ann
After my basic studies I gained an Auxiliary Nurse qualification (Holstebro, Denmark – 1984). Having experienced reflexology I wanted to know more! I studied ABC Diploma in Reflexology (Level 3) from the Central London College of Reflexology (CLCR – 2006) and became a Member of the Association of Reflexologist (AoR) in the same year.
Continuing my studies in complimentary therapies, I acquired a Diploma in Swedish Massage from Essentials for Health (2009) and I specialised in deep tissue massage.
One day I came across this leaflet by Dr Martine FaureAlderson and I thought I must meet this lady! I started my studies with her in Cranio-Sacral Reflexology in 2006 and met the requirements to register as a Cranio-Sacral Reflexologist with the CSRI Academy of Excellence in 2013.
After 12 years of practicing this method I was invited by Dr Faure-Alderson to take the teacher training in 2018. Following my successful examination I was rewarded with a Diploma in teaching the 1st Foundation Year of Cranio-Sacral Reflexology.
At present I am connected to organisations such as the Maya Centre and Housing4Women.
My passion lies in assisting people with gender based trauma.
